NOTE: Dinner is by Reservation only. Instructions are on the following page. Please arrive early and Check In at the door so we can give you Door Prize Tickets and count you in. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:30 pm. We can’t wait, so don’t be late.
ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET – RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Banquet seating is by reservation only!
All MCCNE members and their guests are welcome to attend. Please dress casual.
In order to insure your dinner reservations, you must send a check or money order payable to: MCCNE, in an amount equal to $25.00 times the number of members, associate members and member’s invited guests, in your party, to the following address:

Please include your Name, Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address with your check or money order. We will confirm receipt of reservation requests by E-mail or by phone, when requested. NOTE: We do not send out any tickets. We just keep a list and check you in at the door when you arrive.
Checks should be received by March 16th but must be received no later than March 20th when a final count must be given to WHITE’S. After that we may not be able to honor your request!
Again this year, in order to accommodate this popular midwinter event, we have reserved the Colonial Room, which can accommodate up to 100 persons. However we suggest you reserve early so you won’t be disappointed.
For those of you who may wish to stay overnight nearby. There are several fine Hotel / Motels within minutes of WHITE’S.
Hampton Inn (Next-Door) Saturday, March 24th for one night at a Special Rate of $99.00 per room, per night! (Recommended!)
Guests can make reservations by calling 1-800-Hampton or 1-508-675-8500, specify Group Code MCC or on line at:

White's is located at 66 State Road (Rt-6), Westport, MA, just east of the Fall River line and the junctions of Routes I-195 and 24.

From the West: New York, Providence, etc.
Take I-195 East to MA-Exit-9 (Sanford Road), bear right, take the immediate first right. White’s will be on your right. (Hampton Inn Westport is on your left.)
From the East: Cape Cod, New Bedford, etc.
Take I-195 West, to MA-Exit-10 (Horseneck Beach/Westport-Route 88); take 1st Exit (Route 6 West), travel approximately 2 miles. White’s will be on your right. (Hampton Inn Westport is adjacent.)
From the North: Boston, etc.
Take Route 24 South to I-195 East, for ½ mile, then take MA-Exit 9 (Sanford Road), bear right, take the immediate first right. White’s will be on your right. (Hampton Inn Westport is on your left.) NOTE: If you miss Exit-9, continue to Exit-10 and follow the, From the East, directions above.
From the South: Newport, RI, etc.
Take Route 24 North to I-195 East, take MA-Exit 9 (Sanford Road), bear right, take the immediate first right. White’s will be on your right. (Hampton Inn Westport is on your left.)
